Steve Livengood

Senior Pastor

Dr. Livengood received the Bachelor of Arts from Catawba College. He holds the Master of Divinity with a specialization in biblical languages from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and completed the Doctor of Ministry in expository preaching at Southeastern.  Steve and his wife Kim are natives of Thomasville, NC.

Josh Jacobs

Pastor of Biblical Education & Students

Josh Jacobs has been in full time pastoral ministry since 2005. He is a graduate of Piedmont International University in Winston Salem, Southern Evangelical Seminary in Charlotte, and a student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. His desire is to equip students and their families to know what they believe and why they believe. He is married to Charlotte Jacobs and together they are blessed with four beautiful children: Elijah, Abigail, Paige, and Reagan. Pastor Josh is an avid reader, coffee drinker, and sports fan (just ask him if you dare.)

Andrea Jackson

Worship Arts & Media Director

Andrea Jackson is a Lee University graduate, where she studied Music and Worship. She is originally from North Wilkesboro, NC. She is passionate about helping others connect with God through music.  Andrea enjoys cooking, hiking, fishing, and watching movies.

Marianne Thomas

Children's Ministry Director

Marianne was born in Stuart, Florida and attended Florida Atlantic University before transferring to Appalachian State University. She married her husband Nathan in 2012. Their daughter Kinsley is 8 years old, and their son Jake is 5 years old. Marianne enjoys spending time with her family, serving the Lord, and making crafts (with glitter!)

Amy Raisner

Administrative Assistant

Amy Raisner is from Greensboro, NC and has lived in High Point for the past 30 years with her husband, Glenn. Together they have raised five children. She comes to Abbotts Creek with previous experience working in a church office environment and as a special event planner for a local non-profit.
